Hi,
I'm trying to configure a few user accounts to not track their emails in the CRM. I've either went to their personalized options (if I have access) or use XrmToolbox (if i don't have access to their account) and changed the track email option to "No email messages":
However when I searched the activities in the CRM, I noticed these emails are still being tracked. I was wondering if there are other options I need to check to ensure that the emails are not being tracked?
In order for emails to not be tracked, do all the emails in the from and to lists have to not have this tracked? If 1 email has this configured to track, would it always track, as long as this email is either in the from or to email address list?

Hey bud,
Check a few things. Did you turn off the email tracking for all users? Check the To, CC and BCC fields in the emails is it perhaps syncing to a user that you might of missed with the no email tracking?
Even if you turn off email tracking for one user if another user is cced in the email and receives it and they have their email tracking turned on then it'll track regardless.
Another thing is to check whether there's a queue setup.
