Thanks for your question, and I have provided some free online resources below if you are looking for training materials that are not instructor led.
This link here www.youtube.com/.../UCJGCg4rB3QSs8y_1FquelBQ is a link to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 official You Tube channel. On this page, you can watch training videos on introductions to the product, use cases, new features, and learn specifics about the different Applications and how to customize them (scroll down on the page for this). Depending on which part of the product you want training on, you can narrow down the types of video content, as the videos are often application specific.
If you want to learn more about customizing Dynamics 365, this video below is not published by Microsoft so we can't officially recommend this, but new admins find it very helpful so I wanted to provide it..
