Backorder Items No longer in Open Sales Orders

When I invoicing/posting from the Sales Order the backorder items are no longer open in open sales order. I have checked the posted sales shipments and only see the one shipment, confirmed with our customer service they are not deleting these items and reviewed the sales order archive and can see the items show as backorder but they are no longer in the open sales order. Does anyone know why these are no longer in the open sales order?

Hello,

Standard BC does not delete Backorder Quantities after Post Shipment or Post Invoice. There is a report for Backorders called Back Order Fill by Customer and Inventory - Sales Back Orders. I think you have a customization that might be deleting the quantities. I would connect with your Partner to find out.
