offline profile downloads

How do we regulate files downloaded in offline sync. We are able to regulate the count of records using filters but around 250 files get downloaded for bookable resource booking entity(even though booking record for that day filter is zero).

File download wastes a lot of time. On dev though, 1 file gets downloaded(for quote).

Any idea how do we control these files download section in offline profile?

The issue is sorted now... This was about filtering notes entities and the attachments against it.
