I need a report to print the Spending by vendor in Dynamics.

Do you operate AX2012 or D365FO?
As you are here in the AX forum, I would expect that you operate the latest AX2012 R3 version.
In this system you can find a number of reports that can give you those information.
Please check especially:
- vendor/item statistics in the procurement module
- item/vendor statistics in the procurement module
In addition, you can check the vendor transactions and inquiry forms in AP.
In case you use a vendor financial dimension you could use the trial balance form to analyze what has been expensed by vendor.
