I want to go with Microsoft Dynamics Ax 2012 r3 for my organization.

I came to know that Microsoft is launching Dynamics 365 and stopping licences  for Dynamics Ax 2012r3 from June 2017.

that means i cannot get licences after june 2017.

If i get the Licences and implemented in my organization How many years i can use the software without any fuss as they will updates and support after 5 years. Then i Forced to move to Dynamics 365 and again i have to pay the implementation charges.

I also want to know the difference of Functionalities of Dynamics Ax 2012 r3 and Dynamics 365.

I've changed the title from "Microsoft Dynamics Ax 2012 r3" to something describing your question. Unfortunately is still pretty ugly, because you actually have two separate questions. May I suggest keeping this thread for your question about licensing and create a new thread for your question about functional differences between AX 2012 R3 and Dynamics 365 for Operations?

You can find information about support lifecycle at support.microsoft.com. If you filter it by Dynamics AX 2012 R3 (here is a link), you'll see that the mainstream support ends in October 2021 and the extended support in October 2023.

Licenses for Dynamics 365 for Operations can be used for AX 2012 R3 as well (refer to Dual Use Rights in the licensing guide).

Although functionality of AX 2012 R3 and Dynamics 365 for Operations is very similar, there are many technical differences and users would have to learn a new UI after upgrade, therefore I would try to avoid the upgrade. Using Dynamics 365 for Operations from the beginning would make everything easier (and cheaper).
