Hi There
I have enabled the captcha setting on the portal site settings to true however the Captcha field is not visible on my registration form, is there separate step that I need to take to enable this field on the registration page?
Steps used
- Open Portal >> Site Settings
- Update new site setting: Authentication/Registration/CaptchaEnabled to true
But the field is not visible on the page? All I can see its this:

Do you refer to this button?
If so, you can set Authentication/Registration/EmailConfirmationEnabled to false, then the email address confirmation won't be required.

Do you know if this Confirmation email button on the Profile page can be removed as well via a site setting?

We only need to take the steps you listed.
Please make sure that the setting name is correct and case sensitive, also associate it to the real corresponding website.
Try methods of the link to clear Portal cache and check whether they work.
