How to display the Capture field on the registration page after enabling Authentication/Registration/CaptchaEnabled to true

Posted on by 20

Hi There

I have enabled the captcha setting on the portal site settings to true however the Captcha field is not visible on my registration form, is there separate step that I need to take to enable this field on the registration page?

Steps used

- Open Portal >> Site Settings

- Update new site setting: Authentication/Registration/CaptchaEnabled to true

    Hi Partner,

Do you refer to this button?

If so, you can set Authentication/Registration/EmailConfirmationEnabled to false, then the email address confirmation won't be required.

Thank you! Clearing the cache using that method worked.

Do you know if this Confirmation email button on the Profile page can be removed as well via a site setting?

    Hi Partner,

We only need to take the steps you listed.

Please make sure that the setting name is correct and case sensitive, also associate it to the real corresponding website.

Try methods of the link to clear Portal cache and check whether they work.

(I always use the first way.)
