hi expert,
currently i'm using 25 totally financial dimension, now i'm facing problem in financial dimension set, it cannot assign all of my financial dimension.
my client wants to display all findim in trial balance report & common.
how to handle this ?

This is a side comment. Be aware that the impact of multiple dimensions has on the size of your database. If you have 10 values in a dimension and 0 in another your combination is 10 x10 = 100 add another dimension and its a 1000 add one more and its 10,000 i.e. its exponential - so I would think very carefully before adding any more especially those with a lot of values e.g use customer group rather than customer.
Some dimension values like department will be almost a static set of values whereas other like customer id may add new values daily.
So the possible combinations quickly multiply and it will over time impact your database size and performance and how it impacts inquires and reports/BI.
If its a business need, then the underlying infrastructure will need to be beefed up sooner than later. - fast disks,/ flash drives, enterprise sql etc and sql maintenance will be all the more needed.
When you use Power Bi or management reporter then you don't necessarily need separate dimensions for e.g. company -department -cost centre etc. If you capture the lowest level of granularity then you can build an aggregation hierarchy in the reporting tool

What you can do is creating 3 financial dimension sets that cover all of your financial dimensions.
Then run your report, export it to excel and then combine the data there.
In AX, there is no way how you can include all of your financial dimensions into a single dimension set without making a system modification.

below is shown my findim used, they want to analyzed more detail as ledger side.
and now, they want to issue summary trial balance, summarized all findim used on transactions.
if i setting & use financial dimension set, only max. 11 column. so i need all findim will be displayed out.

The main question is why you need 25 findims.

in my case, i will not use full dimension in 1 account journal entry (25 findim).
i need populate all findim (25 findim) in 1 pages of report summary of trial balance. is there anyway with this standard report ?
Hi Agus,
You won't get an error as you can have unlimited number of dimensions. Using account structures and link them on the Ledger page, it will be configured which dimensions will be used for a legal entity. Then there are limits.

25 dimensions are not supported.
The max. number is 21.

Yet, even if you would reduce your 25 findims to 21 this is not a good approach as most reports won't be able to show you the data.
Why is it that you need that many findims?
Please reconsider the use of your findims as the current setup with 25 findims will cause many issues even if you do some system modifications.
