Update exchange rates

Hello everyone,

I want to set up automaticly update for exchange rates. In the instructions on Microsoft website says that all I have to do it to find exchange rate service (press search icon and then typyng name of the service). But as I understand it is searching only through information that already exist in CRM and accordingly system can't find external site or service. Screendump below. Sorry if question is silly, I just started using Dynamics for a 2-3 week and not advanced user in it.     Hello,

    Thank you so much for help. I transfered all information to our IT-department. We've still not made the chages because of the vacation, but I sure that all advices getting here will be usefull.

    Yes, https://make.powerapps.com is free for you.

    Microsoft offers additional services and software that work in tandem with Dynamics 365. These services are included with the full user as indicated below. There is no need to license these additional services and software.

    Microsoft Power Platform is a high-productivity platform that includes the ability to integrate products.

    • Power Apps: Extend and customize applications
      • Power Apps Portals add-on
      • AI Builder capacity add-on
      • Power Apps and Power Automate capacity add-on
    • Power Automate: Automate business processes and workflow
    • Power BI: Deliver business intelligence

    Power Apps and Power Automate use rights are determined based on the Dynamics 365 application.

    Hi Vadim,

    Welcome to D365 community.

    According to the screenshot, you are using Sales Hub, and your last link is the content of Business Central, these two are different D365 apps, so you can not follow the steps of the link correctly.

    I would recommend you use power automate to update exchange rates automatically.
