existing entity "Case" added into the call center solution...
But case entity fields are not showing in list...

When you add existing entity-case in the solution, you need check components you want.
If you want to add fields, you need select all or any fields under 'Fields' tab:
Or you can check 'Add All Assets' option, which can make you check all.
Now, you can see fields of the case entity in the solution:
