Generated Serial Number tracked but not appearing in SO

Hello All,

I have a tracked Item serial number, when open the relevant sales order the serial number is empty.

how can I display and view the tracked serial number from the relevant sales order/Invoice?.

Any advise experts?.

    Hi Nadia,

    According to your screenshot, you are using Finance and Operations.

    Here is the proper forum and it is recommended to post your issue to it.

    Hello Nya,

    1- In  Receivable -Sales Order Form I created a sales order , an item were added with Tracking dimension group

     2- I Complete the sales order with the required payment.

    3- then generate the invoice, the system asked me to register the serial number - check the image below

    3- how can I access the register number again after the invoice had been posted.

    Hi Nadia Borshek,

    It seems not to be the feature in Marketing app. 

    Would you please specify which application you are using in Dynamics?
