Hello Everyone,

I am auto capturing the emails of users, once it is captured I have to manually track the emails by clicking the track button. Is there any other way around to auto-track the mails. And I also cannot auto-capture the emails if it is sent through a campaign. Kindly suggest the solution.

Best Regards.

You can set an option to automatically track incoming Outlook email.

    Please refer this docs.

I recommend you to raise a support ticket for further investigation if the issue is not resolved.
