Hi,
In CRM 2013, as you can see from below screenshot when I try to resolve a case by entering some text as '2018 OSR/TG hedge cutting' in Remarks field, the given text is not displayed correctly after case resolution. Please see the below screen shot and please provide an update on this issue, if possible.

I have seen HTML encoding but this is Decimal encoding of special character /
Not sure why. Is this on-premise, any collation in database?
