Adding a Condition to a Goal Trigger

I want to set the goal of a journey to be when a specific product is purchased. But when I add a trigger as a goal, I cannot add conditions to that trigger to specify any fields. When a trigger is added to start or exit a journey I can add conditions, but not in the Goal pane. This seems like a major flaw as I don't want the goal to be based on any item purchase - but the specific item that I am promoting. Does anyone know of a way to accomplish this?

    Unfortunately, adding conditions is not currently supported for goals in the journey.
     
    I'm afraid you will need to create custom triggers for specific products.
    Use that custom trigger as the target trigger.
    Then change the logic in your website so that that custom trigger is triggered only when a user purchases a specific product.

    A similar idea was suggested by a user, and you can ask your colleagues to raise up the votes
    Add conditions to goal triggers
    Our product team has direct visibility of these ideas, and they will implement it on the basis of the highest number of votes received.

    Thank you for the reply, I have voted for the idea on the forum. 
     
    By Custom Trigger, do you mean the second option here which "required code integration by a developer?" I couldn't customize the first option enough to a specific product. We have multiple webinars monthly so it seems like a lot of extra legwork to get around this issue. I hope MS will consider implementing the trigger conditions soon!
