Is it possible to change the question name on Inspection Template?

    Not in the UI. You could try to export the inspection to JSON, modify and re-import, but there is no guarantee this will work.

    As the question name is read-only in the UI, I would probably not mess with it. Rather file an enhancement request in the ideas portal: experience.dynamics.com/.../

    Solution

    1) Create a Questionnaire (Don't publish)

    2)  Export as JSON

    3) Modify the JSON

    4) Import JSON
