what is resource requirement in Field service
i understand what the resources are, but i cant get my head around what and how resource requirements fit in?
any sources that can explain this par please
Part of it is in the name 'Resource Requirement'. Its the record which stores what type of resource is needed to complete the related Work Order or custom entity that is related to the Resource Requirement record.
Example:
- On the Resource Requirement record, you can add what skill is needed to complete the work order
- If you use Schedule assistant then it will to try and find resources which have the same skills on the resource requirement. So you can schedule the correct engineer with the right skills
