Why is "Sequence reporting" grayed out?

Hi - this is a simple question hopefully.

I'm implementing "Sales Accelerator" and want to use "Sequence reporting" so that my business users can see how their staff are performing.

I've followed the instructions to get to the screen where the "Sequence reporting" settings should be. However the option is grayed out.

I'm in the Sysadmin role and we are using D365 Sales Enterprise Edition.

Plus I can set up Sequences without any issues, so I clearly have access rights and a suitable license.

So why is this option grayed out? I want to be able to go into it and turn on Sequence reporting.

QUESTION: why is "Sequence reporting" grayed out in Sequences -> Settings:

    According to my tests, “Sequence reporting” is only available in the “sales trial” environment, and the performance in the two apps is different.

    In “sales hub” app:

    There are currently no find out why.

    I'm having the same issue and have tried all options regarding settings and permissions.  Has anyone figured this one out?

    Hi Courtney, I'm the OP and no, I've not found a solution to this yet. It's a nuisance and is putting my users off using Sales Accelerator.
