I have an interesting situation:
I'm trying to settle an advance payment with my invoice when I post the invoice journal, but in most cases the advanced payment is settled without VAT.

If I use a different invoice number for each line in invoice journal, my advanced invoice is settled correctly , including VAT.
The strange thing is that I don't have this problem in our test environment, so it could be a configuration difference that I can't find?
