Linking survey response to its Case?

Hi,

I have built a Survey in Click Dimensions which is emailed to the Responsible Contact when the case is closed.

This is done through the Case Closure workflow as described I this link, https://support.clickdimensions.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001158233

The Case GUID is passed as a parameter and this links the survey response to the case, i.e. ?p=1&_cld_incid={Case(GUID)}

What would be the easiest way for me to link to the survey response from the case?

    I'm sure Click Dimensions you say is this: appsource.microsoft.com/.../clickdimensions1.dca08b69-4f2b-4b6e-b0d4-5f11e9da1439

    I suppose to you can also ask the support of Click Dimensions from "Request Customer Support" in below page for get more appropriate guide.

    If Posted Survey and Case have relationship, you can use web api for create relation between Posted Survey record and Case record.

    docs.microsoft.com/.../associate-disassociate-entities-using-web-api

    e.g. Request above Web API in JavaScript run on load a form.
