Dear Friends

I want to Create the Purchase Order automatically, when the Purchase Requisition Approved by the Approver.  Please guide me how I will achieve this.

Could I create the Class that crate the Purchase Order. Call this class from Workflow when Approver, Approved the Purchase Requisition ??

OR

There is Out of the Box Workflow that will do this ?

Please help me to achieve this.

I have the same question (0)

    Hello Prashanth Shanker,

Can you check this option in 'Purchasing policy' if this helps to create PO directly from the PR once the PR is approved?

You will get this in Procurement and sourcing > Setup > Policies > Purchasing policies. In this form; in 'Policy rule' section, you will find the option Purchase order creation and demand consolidation rule. Just select it and click on "Create policy rule".

    Best regards,
    Sourav Dam

    Which version you are using?

    Hello Prashanth Shanker,

I am also using the same version.

After setting the Automatically create purchase orders check box enabled in the Purchasing policy; are you now able to create a new PO from the approved PR?

    Best regards,
    Sourav Dam

    Hey Party

I am also using the same Version. According to your shared Screen Shots, Its Look like you didn't De-Activate the previous Policy Rule by entering the Expiry Date. Please follow the following Steps:

    • De-Activate the previous Policy Rule by entering Expiry Date
    • Create New Policy Rule
    • And Check on Automatically create purchase orders not this one Automatically create purchase orders except these Conditions.

Hope you understand steps and Check these asap.

If this make works then dont forget to Like and Click Yes
