Failed When Run Activity

Hello,

I'm trying to run activity, but run activity has failed with the error message : Job failed: SparkJobStatus, instanceId: a23bbbb2-9f97-4e3e-88fd-************, jobId: 119327, jobName: activity_profilestore_instance_a23bbbb2-9f97-4e3e-88fd-************, orchestrationId: 0fefbb41-42eb-4b50-8f15-72caffc5a575, state: SparkJobFailed, platform: HdInsightWithScheduler

Has anyone had the same problem before? or do you know how to solve it?

    A few general notes. If you look on the Entities blade, CTRL+F and look for _c or corrupt, see if there are any corrupt items in that entity (or any other one). That's kind of always the first step on almost anything in CI but here in particular. Also make sure that the Primary Key is defined correctly, unique and has no missing values.  If you do see corruption, chances are high that it's a control character or schema drift - if you're ingesting with Power Query you can select all of the columns, right click and then use the Clean function. It never hurts to do anyway just to be safe. If you do see _corrupt - go to the data tab of the entity and you'll likely see where the problem is , one of the columns will have data that doesn't match the name.  The results on this will dictate the next step.

    I have try to check the corrupt data and clean data in power query. but, it didn't work. Previously, activities could be successfully carried out every day. But after a few weeks of the beginning the activity became a failure, although there is no addition of data on customers and feedbacks.
