Ability to set lunch breaks

Hi all,

We have a requirement whereby resources should be allowed to set their breaktimes day to day. Such as Lunch break today at 1:30 and may be tomorrow at 2:00 PM depending upon work load. I wonder if we just give permission to resources being able to manage their work hour calendar day to day?  and create event for every day?

Eventually this will give resources Manager the correct visibility of resources who are available in the shift Vs resources on breaks etc..

Thanks

I have the same question (0)

My suggestion would be to switch on the link between outlook appointments and URS

Users could then set a lunch break in outlook diaries, which would show in the URS dispatch board

Hi Everyone.  By chance can you let me know the complexity of setting up this flow.  Essentially asking if it was a costly exercise in regards to implementing. Thanks Pete

We did something similar for a client. We created a Flow to create Bookings with the Booking Status of 'Break' for each of the resources at around midnight using a timer within the Flow. Then users can drag and drop these bookings to any time they want.
