With the Wave 2 2022 Update, we found an issue with the jump bar when used with the User column. It does work when I use it for other columns, such as Contact, on the Case.

Hi,

The user column you mentioned is owner column?

Through testing, I can use a jump bar in the owner column as long as I make sure the sort flag is displayed in the owner column.

If the column is not owner, what type of the column? Could you share screenshots about it?
