Document management with Navision

The company I work for uses NAVISION for their finance management. We have 20 branches that scan documents and email them to HQ. Every branch receives physical documents signed by customers with their identification documents. These documents are then scanned. Some of the details are entered into NAVISION at branch level and then sent to HQ. The scanned documents are then printed at HQ and go through different departments and each department writes their comments on the printed document and then finally the documents are sent to the management. We are looking to improve the following 1. Implement document system to minimize document printing. 2. The data entered in NAVISION has to be verified with the customer documents received. The solution for the above 2 challenges need to be able to work with NAVISION.
