Hi,
I'm using GP 2013. the web client stuck after sign on to the company.. not sure what's missing

The message say:
Microsoft Dynamics GP is initializing Please wait.....
Usually, when I've seen this issue is because the Silverlight Trust Certificates have not been installed on the client computer where you are trying to open the web application. Locate the DynamicsGPTrustedApp.msi (available under C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics\GP Web Client\GPweb) on your web server and run on the client computer experiencing the issue.
I also suggest you review this article written by Aaron Donat, Microsoft Dynamics GP Web Client and Silverlight Security Requirements for more information on some registry settings you may need to change to allow Silverlight applications to run with elevated trust inside the browser.

It works perfectly after applying step 2 from the link you provided: Install the certificate for Microsoft.Dynamics.GP.Web.Silverlight.xap.
