Cannot assign resource to a Booking

Hi,
 
We are using Field Service in trial and this last day have just started receiving a /Sequence contains no elements/ error and unable to assign anyone.
 
We've enabled the plugin trace logs, shown below.
 
All roads led us to a FLOW which is now failing yet I cannot see any way to see exactly WHY it is failing. Any ideas at all please?

The Flow in question is - Create notification items for bookings
