How to send a WhatsApp message to a customer

Hello Community

Working on Customer Service Cloud, how can we send a WhatsApp message to a customer.

Should we always go through a third party as Telesign or Twilio ?

    Yes. 

    The WhatsApp feature of Omnichannel for Customer service supports WhatsApp integration via Twilio.

    Hi, Simply create an account on 360 dialog (WhatsApp API) and use my C# code, It's completely contains everything even you want to use a parameter and custom values in the messages.
