Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service Map issues

Hi Team,

I am Microsoft Dynamics CRM developer. Recently started working on Field Service module. Please find the existing functionality and expectation below.

Existing Functionality:

We have different booking statuses in our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service system. Whenever Field Service Technician gets booking, he changes the status to “Travelling” and open the Map navigation in mobile Field Service app and start travel. Once he reaches the destination, he manually changes the status to “Travel Completed”.

Expectation:

Once Field Service Technician reaches destination, can Map identify the location and change the status to “Travel Completed” automatically?

I had the same problem once but then someone suggested to me a dynamics plugin that will solve the above problem. I used MappyField 365 For Dynamics CRM. With support for Power Apps, the Dynamics CRM mapping plugin MappyField 365 enables users to view CRM data on the map (CDS). Please search Field Service documentation for "Geofencing". It should be possible to implement your requirement by leveraging this functionality.
