How to send emails using workflow based on the email addresses mentioned in the custom email field?

Dear Team,

Hope you are well.

I am looking for an idea on how to achieve this requirement.

I have 2 Email fields in Lead form (One is OOB field and One is custom created email field). I have created a workflow to automatically send registration emails to email addresses specified in both the email fields. But in the workflow I cant seem to select the Custom created email field in either To or CC fields of email, only OOB field is listed.

How do I configure to send email to the email addresses mentioned in Custom created field using workflow?

    You can specify a dynamic value. You should also be able to select it in a custom field.

    Hi Yoshika,

    Thanks for this. But I am not sure if this is achievable, In the workflow I am trying to populate the CC field with the email address present in the custom field within the Lead form.

    Since the CC field is a lookup field it's showing only lookup values and not any other values.

    Hi,

    You can only send email to OOB field on Lead when you use workflow. If you want to use custom field on lead then you can achieve it using plugin/Custom workflow activity c# code.

    You can also use power automate to send email to custom field -
