Book two Resources at once: One is a Service, second a tool

Posted on by 996

Question:

I would like to have the option, when booking a service resource, to book together with a tool (another resource). The goal is to make sure that both, the Service and Tool are available for that time slot.

Has anyone come around this type of request?

Thank you,

Juan Simon

Have you looked into Requirement Group?

I have used 'Requirement Group' to book multiple resources against a single Work Order. This way when you go to Schedule Assistant, it will show relevant availabilities per all types of 'resource types' as mentioned in Requirement Group.
