One - Click Unsubscribe - only for Particular Events Emails

Hi All,

Just New to Dynamics and working on from Trail Version - Customer Insights.

Kindly provide me information about the below doubts.

1. Here creating Customer journey to invite contacts for a Newsletter.
2. Enabled One click unsubscribe features.
when aa email is sent out to a contact and he click the Unsubscribe button he should not get any emails regarding any Newsletter. How would I set it.
But he should get other emails regarding Events or Transactional ones.

3. He should be unsubscribed only from Newsletter.

P.S -> Have created a record for that contact in Consent center for email channel - Consent type ->Purpose, Purpose->Commercial, Consent Status->Opted in , Source ->Internal

Kindly guide me through this.

Hi,

You can add an option to the Preference Center in the Compliance profile for customers to opt out for emails with the topic Newsletter.
