Web Client Home User Settings

Hello,

I am currently in our test environment and I am trying to get the user home screen settings to stick but they won't. It keeps moving around the "Procurement" box and when you expand it, sometimes you have to click to expand it multiple times. Also, I will remove "Time Management" from the home screen but it keeps adding it back. We don't use Time Management so this is completely unnecessary. Please see screenshot.

Also, do you know how to turn off the reminders pop-up? I've looked in the "Change Reminder Settings" but nothing is there about turning it off.

Thanks!!

Amanda

Go into the Reminders window, click 'Change Reminder Preferences' and uncheck predefined reminders and remove custom reminders, click OK.

Also, in the Reminders > Microsoft Tasks List, open the tasks and either delete them or mark them as complete.

If the CEIP is prompting, you can mark that as not wanting to participate.

**If you add the 'To Do' section to the GP Home page, that will remove the Reminders prompt as well.

    Thanks

Thank you so much. I will let them know.

Do you know how to turn off the reminders window in the web client?

The Time Management adding itself back to the Home Page on Web Client's Dynamics GP is a documented issue that was fixed in the Dynamics GP 2018 R2 version.

As far as moving sections in the GP home page in columns and having them stick, we did fix that in Dynamics GP 18.3 on the desktop client, I haven't confirmed on Web Client.

    Thanks
