    hi

    add a production bom list.

    * goto item card, expand fasttab replenishment, goto field production bom no. and add a production bom (list) or

    * goto menu navigate --> assembly/production --> icon "production bom"

Yes, you can use the production BOM if you are actually manufacturing it but in that case, you need to create production order and also require to setup routing for it.

You need to complete the production and then the output is get generated and then only you can sell that product.

As I understood, You just include with the main product but not selling it individually (I mean not selling it seperately with the main item but including all the cost to main item and then sell only one item)

You can use the assembly function in this case where you can actually add all those items with main item.

There are some setup you require to do in system but it is easy like kitting. you enter main item code in sales order and can go to assembly order directly from there. here you need to add all those items which are actually going under the code of main item. (main item + other component) and then when you post the sales order this items are also get consumed from the system.

You can follow below link for more information about assembly order in Dynamics NAV 2013.

Thank you Suarabh, but my client does not deal with manufacturing. They only deals with vehicle services provided to the customer. For e.g when customer makes an order to for breakdown, repair or service then it has main asset as a car and then items related to it comes next on the list.

I shall be very thank full if you can help me on this issue.

    thanks

    Hi..

Please explore whether you can use too in addition to Assembly orders.

    'Item Charges' functionality

    'Service Items' functionality
