    Hi,

Some of the standard buttons are hidden in the Unified Interface. Please find a step by step instruction how add buttons to the Unified Interface: skylineconsultantsllc.com/.../add-buttons-to-the-unified-interface-ms-dynamics-hub

    Hy Partner,

Hope this post finds you well.

For this case, kindly do the inspect element of the button id and check the command associated with it.

Once you have the command , you can check associated display and enable rules.

Just remove it once and publish the solution in ribbon workbench and check if button is visible or not.

If button is visible then need to check the enable and display rules in it.

Also if it is an online instance , you can use command checker feasibility as explained below :-

These is a new command available inside the ribbon to help us troubleshooting the ribbon issues.

This can be useful when you are investigating a button that is not showing on the UI, you can search the button, review the related rules and see how they are evaluated.

    This works only for UCI.

How : Add to your UCI url the following “&flags=FCB.CommandChecker=true&ribbondebug=true”

    Example: https://orgf27784e8.crm.dynamics.com/main.aspx?appid=16063a8f-6dc9-e911-a980-000d3a3b535a&pagetype=entitylist&etn=account&flags=FCB.CommandChecker=true&ribbondebug=true

    Result:

     pastedimage1582602293094v1.png

    pastedimage1582602322608v2.png

    pastedimage1582602347792v3.png

This will tell you which enable or display rule computes to be false and thus your button is not visible in UCI.

    Hope this helps.

    Best regards,

    Ankit

    Hy Partner,

If you check, your enable rule is returning false and thus your button won’t be displayed.

We need to check why it is returning false. If you have any web resource configured in this enable rule, you can debug it while loading the form and check why it is returning false in UCI client. Before adopting first step, try to remove the enable rule and check it button is visible or not. Third step , confirm whether enable rule is registered to select item, if yes then we need to remove that on form level as selected item won’t fire on form level. It will fire on homepage level only.

    Hope this helps.
