Error with Timeline Load

Hello everyone,
I need help, since some time ago I can't load the timeline when it has a “Portal Comment” linked to it. It doesn't matter the address of the Portal Comment, it fails both for outgoing and incoming.

I have already tried to delete the component from 0 and generate it again as a new one and it still does not work.

I get the message I attach below:

This is the error in the attached file

Error Details: Error: Minified React error #31; visit https://reactjs.org/docs/error-decoder.html?invariant=31&args[]=object%20with%20keys%20%7BIsVirtualComponent%2C%20_type%2C%20_componentId%2C%20_properties%2C%20_children%2C%20render%7D for the full message or use the non-minified dev environment for full errors and additional helpful warnings.

Can not anticipate what error could be, have you tried by removing "Portal comment" from timeline control & see if its loading without that?

    Let me know.

    Thanks

    Hi @Anupam.khasia,

Indeed, I have tried to remove “portal comment” from the timeline and then it works without problems, so I am sure it is something of the “portal comments”.

    Thanks!

    Regards
    Vicente

@Vicente Pastor Glad to hear that.

If you can try by creating new activity type entity and try to add into Timeline control & see if its issue with Entity you have created or something with timeline control?

Please mark as resolve if it helps you .

    Thanks

    Hello @Anupam.khasia,

I have checked and the problem is only with the portal comments. When I set the timeline without this entity, the timeline works correctly. But when I activate the portal comments in the timeline and it contains portal comments it is not displayed anymore.

    Thanks!

    Regards
    Vicente

Make sure you setup two different Entity Permission for Activity entity and the the Portal Comment entity.
The Activity Permissions are set to Read Yes, everything else is No. The Portal Comments Permissions are set to Yes for Read, Create and Append and everything else is No. The scope for both should be Parent.
Set the relationship to an Entity Permission for the entity you are adding the timeline to.
Next, go in to the portal Site Settings area and look for CustomerSupport/DisplayAllUserActivitiesOnTimeline. Set this to false so that it doesn’t show all of the activities by default.
In the Activities entity, there is a Portal Timeline View. Edit the filter on to only show the Activity Type of Portal Comment.
    Hope this helps you!
