Hello!
I have recently discovered three new fields on Appointment entity: Is online meeting, Online Meeting Type and Online Meeting Join URL. Also a button on the ribbon "Join Teams Meeting".
We have outlook integration and using sales module.
I added the fields on the form. When creating an appointment from Dynamics with Is meeting online = Yes, events are created both in Teams and Outlook.
In Teams everything is alright, but in Outlook meeting, when pressing the button to access it, the warning below is displayed:
After pressing 'ok', the meeting body looks like this:
Did anyone worked on this? Any ideas?
P.S. Tried also a business rule to set Description field with Join Url Value, but the link is working also only from Dynamics and Outlook. With copy/paste from teams details to browser, is displays "Unable to join", see below.
