Created a P & L Forecast Summary report and set up the detail level to include transaction level but am unable to drill down in Web viewer to the transaction level, however I can drill down on any account in report viewer to the GP GL account inquiry.
The Summary has the following columns:
column C=ytd actuals +forecast, CALC with formula F+D-H
column D= ytd budget,
column E= forecast vs budget variance, CALC with formula D-C
column F=ytd Actuals,
column G= % of budget used, CALC with F/D
and last column H= budget ytd for BASE period and this column is used for the calculation of column C so it is hidden. I can drill down to transaction level in web viewer using other reports just not this particular report. I am guessing it is due to the way I created the report. Can anyone tell me why this is and how to fix this issue?
