Cannot find some of the features which are part of the Finance and Operations Application

Cannot find some of the features which are part of the Finance and Operations Application like Global withholding tax in General Ledger Parameter. there are few more. I am currently using the latest version which is 10.0.42 and platform update 66.
 
I checked from feature management, it says it is already enabled.

 
Please provide inputs on this.

    Hi RavitejaB,
     
    Global withholding tax cannot be enabled in countries that already have a localized withholding tax solution, India, UK and US are some examples.
     
    If this does not apply to you then below are some articles you can check to make sure you have followed the correct process.

    Please give us some context.
     
    Do all users in all environments in all legal entities have the same problem?
     
    Do you mean that you saw it before upgrading the same environment to 10.0.42. or is the scenario different?
     
    Do you have System Administrator role?

    Verify that you have Global withholding tax feature enabled (Workspaces > Feature management).
