Finding fields for customers

Dear Experts,

I want to now about these 3 fields 1 customer section 2 salesman 3 supervisor . Do we have three fields in ax if it is where is it ?? Thanks for your help .

Hi Shabir,

I dont have access on AX 2012 but let me send you on D365 screen shots from where you can use "Add Contact" screen to have all your required information:

1. Go to Customer screen >> You have to add customer contact in below area in 'All customers' form. Once you created then you can add address, contact information and other relevant details of this contact.

.2. Create 03 contacts records seperately as follows

Sales Person

Supervisor

Incharge

3. As 3rd step, you just have to add one of your contact in 'Sales demographics' section as primary contact (Could be Sales Person or Supervisor or Incharge)

4. You can view all your contacts information from "View Contacts" screen

Shabir,

I don't think these fields are present (by label in customers). You will need to ask the customer or find out if they renamed/ customized these fields.

The only employee field I can see is "Employee responsible" for which the field name is MainContactWorker.

Hi,

I was looking on customer form these fields it was told me by my users to import data to ax customer data from Excel sheet so I watched these fields in Excel sheet but on customer master I didn't watch these fields that's why I asked where can I find these fields in ax .

Please provide screenshot(s) of these fields? Are you looking at customer screen or sales orders?
