Client Session Showing the wrong computer name in sysclientsession

Hi All,

Currently i'm having the issue in my AX clients,

they identified something unmatched between client session and the computer name,

the AX system is not showing the correct computer name of the client computer, but it's server name is appear on the AX system.

hope there's any answer from you guys. Thanks

    What kind of issues you are facing? Would you please elaborate? Are you using terminal servers?

    Normally show the RDP server name that the client connects to if it is not on premise.

    If you use Citrix / Remote Desktop Services, then the client is not executing locally, but on the RDS/Citrix Host servers. Thus the actual connection would show up for User type sessions from the host, which is the expected behaviour. It just appears to be running from locally, but it is just a "projection".

    If this is not the case, you need to be more specific of your problem.
