Customer insight - Journey does not automatically switch to completed

Dear community
 
We have noticed that several of our journeys, which are very simple "A one-time journey with a static audience" (basically they are just sending an email to a static segment) are not automatically switching to the completed status after several weeks. In the journey editor, their status is still "live".
 
The analytic tab show 0 contact processing. 
 
What could be the reason ?

    1. Stop the journey, verify segment has members, and restart the journey  
    2. Restarting the journey often resolves this.
    Note: Even if you later add contacts to a static segment, a one-time journey will not pick them up if it has already created a snapshot.

    Ensure the segment is published and populated before starting the journey.
    Use dynamic segments or recurring journeys if you want ongoing contact processing.
