I'm trying to create a flow with a trigger when a survey response is submitted. I do not have the entity "Forms Pro Survey Responses". I do have "Customer Voice Survey Response" but there are no records in there. I have about 5 or so responses when I look at the Forms Pro interface.
Hello Brandon,
There was a new branding name, only changing displays names from Forms Pro to Customer voice, but the entities has not changed, actually, the name of the entity is keeping the same msfp_surveyresponse.
My recommendation is inquiry in forms pro page the responses and then inquiry in an advance find using Customer Voice Survey Response.
Forms pro (Customer voice) can store different information by environment.

Hector H.
Hi Brandon,
You should check environment whether are same or not firstly, D365 and Forms Pro and flow must be in the same environment.
Then go to entity that named Customer Voice Survey Response to check response records by advance find.
Go D365 and click advance find button to look for Customer Voice Survey Response.
Customer Voice Survey Response. Then click Results to see records.
