Creating a Marketing Form for existing clients to use to update their details

Hi All, Relatively new to Dynamics Marketing & Powerpages and was wondering if anyone has any experience or advice on the following topic:
I am trying to give external access to clients/contacts to update their information through a marketing form (or a multistep form on powerpages that uses a unmanaged powerapp form?) that can be accessed via an email or login. I would require this form to have pre-filled data to populate the form based on their current infromation that's stored in the Customer Service Hub and update the respective fields that they change the information for.

My understanding of the Marketing Form is that it's just a form that lives on a website and that powerpages is just the environment?? used to customize and build websites (but has the added functionality of adding forms & multistep forms)
I have the same question (0)

    Hi Kevin,

If you can get the data from the customer service Hub in the marketing form to prefill then it could work. I assume the data should be available in dataverse.

    • Create a form using these fields
    • Make the form prefill (see documentation). Not sure if the RTM form already has prefill, but outbound does.
    • Then when you create a journey (outbound if using outbound form), you add a link to the form.
    • For every individual contact the form will be prefilled with their data.
    • After submitting, make a journey that sends the contact a confirmation email with the updated data.

If this helped you, I'd appreciate it if you'd mark this as a Verified Answer, which may in turn help others as well.

    Best Regards,

    Marten Hoekstra
