Power BI Content Pack for Dynamics GP 18.4

Good Day, I have a couple questions:

1. Do I need a power bi pro license to use the power bi content pack for Dynamics GP/

2. Is there an updated content pack for GP 18.4 or is it the old one for GP 2018?

    There isn't any GP 18.4 update to the Power BI Content Pack, just the one that is mentioned at this page:

    community.dynamics.com/.../dynamics-gp-power-bi-content-pack

    I'm not completely sure about any licensing for Power BI, I don't believe you do, but I'm not 100%.

    There is a link to a free version here as well as the Power BI Desktop download.
