FRX Error: Run-time error '50003' Unexpected Error

Hello,

I am getting following errror while opening FRX. I have reinstalled mapped SYSData and IO Folder but same error. 

Run-time error '50003'
Unexpected Error 

Any help on this will be highly appreciable.
