Connection to Nav server is lost.

I have a user that every time they try and change companies within Nav, they get the connection to server lost error. (See below)

It is only happening to this one user, everyone else it is working fine for. And it seems to only be happening on this one users machine.

Nav reconnects to the server if the user clicks yes on the error below.
