Error 401 Unauthorized creating a Site Collection using templates of Enterprise portal 2012

I´m trying to  integrate FBA ,Sharepoint 2010 Foundation,  with Enterprise portal 2012... but when i try to create the site collection using a template of Enterprise portal i got   the error: 401 unauthorized.

the user who deploys the EP templates is local administrator in the AOS Server, SQL Server and  the  Sharepoint Server too and is System administrator en Ax and farm administrator in sharepoint

the funny thing is , if I select other template from sharepoint ,the site collection is created and works with FBA

Can anyone help me

    Does the Event Viewer reveal anything related that might give you a clue on what is missing?

    If you have the stamina, perhaps you could try use Process Monitor and see where ACCESS is being denied when creating the Site Collection.

    The Web site http://servername:82/sites/Dynamics was not created correctly. The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized.

    If you are using the fully qualified domain name (FQDN) or a custom host header on the SharePoint web application, make sure that the following workaround is applied before you install Enterprise Portal: support.microsoft.com/.../896861.

    The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized.

      at Microsoft.Dynamics.Framework.Portal.Deployment.EPFeatureReceiver.ProcessAxSiteCreationAsBCProxyUser(SPWeb site, Boolean isEPHomeSite)

    and i´m not using hotheader.

    and when i deploy EP over sharepoint, the log doesnt  show any error

    Verify the managed account for this site collection is the same as the business connector. Also make sure you've applied the correct login for this managed account (ie mistyped proxy account password).

    Also make sure the client configuration for the business connector on the SharePoint Server is correct, including its WCF configuration.

    Obviously the business connector needs to be defined correctly as system account within AX.

    For the sake of your own sanity, add business connector as local admin on the SharePoint Server. There are more secure setup for this, but just to rule out any local security issues for the bcproxy as managed account.

    Is this a single server farm?

    the bcproxy  account is define as a system account in Ax

    bcproxy account is local administrator on sharepoint server and Farm administrator

    i checked the client configuration for BCP on Sharepoin Server its OK

    what do you mean here:

    Well, the bcproxy needs to be a managed account. :-)

    Ok I checked ..  and bcp is a managed account in sharepoint :(

    Good. You could also look at the SharePoint logs for more clues, normally located under:

    C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\web server extensions\14\LOGS

    For more information on troubleshooting installation of EP for AX 2012, please have a look here:

    It would be interesting to know exactly what path it is trying to load when it throws the unauthorized error. I'm assuming you didn't name your server "servername". ;-)

    I'll admit I have not yet gone through the pain of setting up this for Forms Based Authentication (FBA), but according to the comments in this thorough guide, it sounds like you also need to make sure your installation is patched:

    How far through these steps have you come already?

    Hi guys, I'm facing the same issue, I got the error  ."..was not created correctly. The request failed with HTTP status 401: Unauthorized" isntalling Enterprise Portal in my environment. I don't know what else try. here the step I followed this suggestion:

    -the environment is fully patched AX2012 R2 CU7

    -AX setup user and business connector proxy user are local adinsitrator, SharePoint farm administrator, share point web application administrator.

    - run AX setup as administrator

    - I installed EP (clearing web site creation) on Sharepoing front-end servers, then, at last, installed EP (with website creation) on web adminsitration SharePoint server

    - UAC disabled

    please I'm getting crazy, I don't know how to proceed, any help is much appreciated
