1040 Full sync job is not working for one store

Hi,

We are facing strange issue. Retail job "1040" products is not syncing for one store. It is working fine for other stores without any issue.

There is no error or error logs. It just keep on executing if we run it through batch.

Even it is not able to create any package in working folder. It just stuck at "Started" state. We have waited more than 3 hours but still stuck there.

Any body have any idea?

Please note we have clear logs from async client and server and AX DB as well but no gain. One thing quite strange that incremental job for this store is working fine.
