Email templates

Hi,

I wonder if someone knows the answer to this.

We have several worksflows going out to customers using email templates in CRM that are 100% standard looking - so just plan text and some links.

If I wanted a nicer template from Clickdimensions, could that be done easily?

    Hi,

    I'm assuming you've got Clickdimensions installed on your current CRM environment and looking to use a template created by Clickdimensions in your workflow like how you would send a email template via a workflow. It is possible. You can read more on how to do this below:
