Hi guys,

When using the scheduler activity in the hiring process just before the interview, we:

- send an invite to the interviewer for 9 o'clock

- they accepted tentatively, while proposing new time, 9:30

The new proposed time doesn't seem to be visible in Talent to the person who has to rearrange the interview.

Is this expected? We can see the status reason of tentative and comments, just not the proposed new time.

Yes, the current function cannot display the proposed time as expected. You can propose an idea to MS: https://experience.dynamics.com/ideas/categories/?forum=44d6c48a-95b0-e811-a96a-000d3a1bece3&forumName=Dynamics%20365%20for%20Talent%3A%20Attract

When tentatively accepted the interview request, the interviewer need to manually add changed information in the body of email. Then we can view and rearrange the interview time.
